Sign in with the same email you used to create your account. If you cannot access it, email us from that address when possible and tell us what happened. Never send your password.
Finding your stories
Published stories appear in the app. Your private creations and their progress belong to your account and appear in your library. A story still being made may take time to finish its writing, narration, and cover.
Story Stars and creation
The app shows the Story Star cost before you confirm a new story. If a story cannot be completed, its Story Stars are returned to your account. If your balance does not look right, contact us with your account email and the approximate time of the request.
Playback or read along
Check your connection, close and reopen the story, and try again. If audio or highlighting still seems out of sync, tell us the story title, chapter, and what you noticed.
Privacy or account deletion
Write to support@fabletale.com from your account email to ask about your data or request account deletion. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
